Here's how to enable one-handed mode on the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+
We've been exploring Galaxy S8 and S8+'s specific accessibility features for a while now, as we believe that you will want to use these on the two top-tier devices.

We showed you how to take selfies with the heart rate sensor at the back, snap pictures with a floating shutter button, and enable fingerprint gestures on the South Korean wonderboys, yet there's one rather essential feature that we've left unexplored.

Of course, we are talking about one-handed mode, an actually useful software solution that shrinks the display of the phone for easier access to the interface. You might not have handled a Galaxy S8 or an S8+, but those two tall devices can easily become a usability nuisance for any user, even if they don a set of larger-than-usual hands.

Here's how one-handed mode works:

This should be standard on every Android phone. Phones getting bigger these days,I hope Google adds it in Android O. Why does Samsung get all the features before Google?

Because, Samsung invent them. Google must wait. BTW this feature is since many years on the Samsung's phones. But the MSMedia didn't mention about it first few years, until Apple ''invented'' some one-hand BS mode. LOL Same was with the split screen mode. Many ppl heard about it after Apple or Google copy it.

This on many phones for years but they never got this one exclusive article just to highlight it. Only for Samsung

Samsung was actually the first to introduce it in an OEM skin on the S5. And guess what, this is another Samsung, paying credit to that.

This kills reachability, which isn't bad itself.

Funny to see people whining about not being able to reach every part of the S8's screen when there's a feature made precisely for that situation. I guess some are just so used to having everything dictated to them like a sheep, they're not used to having options...
