Cases for the Apple iPad Pro/Plus reveal the tablet's design?
For some time now, there has been talk that this year, Apple will be introducing a large tablet for the enterprise and educational markets. With an expected 12.9-inch screen, the Apple iPad Pro/Plus would go up against Microsoft's successful Surface Pro 3. Prior leaks have revealed that this new iPad would offer four speakers and would support the use of an optional stylus that would be sold separately.

Tipster Sonny Dickson, who gained some notoriety a couple years back for his numerous Apple iPhone 5s and Apple iPhone 5c leaks, was able to obtain cases that are allegedly being made for the new large-screened iPad. Confirming previous leaks, these cases have two cuts out on the top and two more on the bottom for the quad-speakers. Two ports are found with one on the bottom for the Lightning connector and one on the left side for a USB-C connector.

The unannounced tablet will feature "ultra thin casing and thin bezels," and while thicker than the 6.1mm Apple iPad Air 2, it will be thinner than the 7.1mm Apple iPhone 6 Plus. Overall, the design is reminiscent of the Apple iPad Air. The Apple A8X processor used by the iPad Air 2 will also be found inside the iPad Pro/Plus. It is 55% faster than the A8 employed on the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.
