Samsung takes the Galaxy S6 for a walk on the streets of Seoul, asks passersby for their opinions

So, now that we are officially in the Galaxy S6 / S6 edge launch month, Samsung will, naturally, be pushing various promotional material out in the media space, making sure that its metal-clad warriors are noticed and remembered by many. This latest tidbit is a 20-some second clip of reactions of random people who see the Galaxy S6 for the very first time. Samsung Tomorrow took one of the metal-clad warriors on the streets of Seoul and stopped random passers to ask them their opinion on the handset, at least that's how the video is described by the creators themselves.

We are not given a clear shot of the phone, really, and we're not sure whether Samsung is trying to pull a Xiaomi-like move on people who haven't seen the new Galaxy S6, or it just figured that showing the phone yet another time will not be as much use as recording actual reactions. We'd guess – a bit of both.

So, check out the vid below. If you are currently throwing money at the screen, allow us to remind you that you can pre-order one of the new Samsung flagships from any of the four major US carriers as well as at Samsung Experience shops in Best Buy. If you wish to read up more on the handsets, check our reviews here (S6, S6 edge) or this "all there is to know" article if you feel like you've got some catching up to do.
