Microsoft's HTC HD2 contest wants to know what would you do with an inch more
As if attempting to find the HTC HD2 weren't difficult enough, Microsoft will be making an individual's day by giving them a very hard to find in stock HTC HD2 for T-Mobile. The Redmond based company is holding a contest on their Facebook page where they want to know what would you do with an inch more – specifically, the extra real estate that the mighty HTC HD2 is known to be packing. In order to qualify for this contest, you simply need to post your reasoning to the question they pose – you'll automatically be entered in a drawing for the smartphone. If you want to test out your luck on this contest, just be sure to post your comment by May 15th in order to qualify for the running. Even though it may be extremely tough in tracking down an HTC HD2, this contest might be your ticket to owning one – and finally make good on your promise on what you can do with an inch more.

Personally..being an IT guy..I manage many computers using Logmein..soo..the bigger the screen..the easier multitasking would be..especially in controlling many machines in various screen settings..I personally feel more and more people are leaning towards smartphones because of their cpu capabilities and screen-estate (screensize)..But also the OS which is also important as executives and people "on the go" are in need of more user intuitiveness and simplicity in their phones rather than fancying things up with widgets and screen wallpapers and the such. Smartphones have come a long way in the past 5 years and personally I have always done my best to keep up with it because I work in an environment thats always tech related.. Hope I win..Thanx HTC for giving me a chance to voice my thoughts!!

The whole point of cellular phones is MOBILITY. I'd like to see OTA digital TV reception on smartphones. Being able to tune in to free TV local/natl broadcasts in many many cities would be a great feature in all cellphones (without the need for additional equipment like slingbox). Everybody has experienced being somewhere without access to TV when their favorite sports team vied in the playoffs, breaking news happened, etc etc. Thanks HTC, keep up the great work getting your well designed phones out in the market quickly.

If they really wanted participation, MSFT wouldn't drive you to Facebook-only to enter.
