Pirates of the Caribbean: Tides of War strategy game lands on mobiles

Disney and Joycity teased the upcoming release of a new Pirates of the Caribbean mobile game about two months ago. Today, the game made it to both the Android and iOS platforms, so fans of the franchise can get a taste of what's to come before the movie's premiere.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Tides of War is a free-to-play strategy game that features characters, ships, and storylines based on the popular Disney blockbuster series. Players can plan various strategies through building, ship construction, troops training, as well as form an alliance to battle against each other or defeat common monsters the roam the sea.

If you're a fan of the series, you'll definitely recognize some of the characters that appear in the movies including Captain Jack Sparrow, Captain Barbossa, and Will Turner.
