While this isn't the first time we see a model of HTC's phablet clearing the FCC, we can now confirm that the device's Sprint variant has been given the green light as well. This particular HTC One max version, known also as the 0P3P700, runs on LTE bands 25, 26, and 41 – clues that indicate which US carrier the device is headed to.

The filing itself, however, isn't the most fun thing to browse through, mainly because it does not reveal anything we don't already know about the HTC One max. Still, it is worth mentioning that the phone is compatible with Sprint's upcoming TDD LTE network, running on band 41.

The HTC One max is scheduled to launch on Sprint in the coming weeks – presumably on November 1, according to a recent speculation. Pricing hasn't been specified, but aren't expecting it to be cheap.
