Screen resolution may match the DROID's, but the rumoured spec sheet for the XPERIA X3 / X10 completely murder the specs of the DROID.

I would love this, but again, I bet anything it will be overpriced... Damn you Sony! Do it right this time!

ooohh sexyy sexy. It looks nothing like android but if the final product looks like this im definitely getting one! Anyone know what carrier its gonna be released on? Or if its going to be unlocked? Hopefully its T-Mo... them and at&t are just about the only carriers I can see launching a sony ericcson handset. I dont think verizon and sprint are partners. Kinda like how LG isnt partners with T-Mobile. And At&T has iPhone and the point of android was to pretty much contradict iphones os so them getting an android device is somewhat unlikely but not impossible. Im hopin its unlocked gsm or goes to tmo!

Odds are no one and thats the problem. None of sony's flagship phones have been carried by a US carrier for a long time. You get little throw away releases here and there but Xperia, Idou (or whatever they ended up calling it), and likely this phone have all been direct full retail phones (at the price of 1 arm, 1 leg).

The only possible carrier is AT&T...but I wouldn't bet on it (they still seem beholden to the iPhone). I would just plan to buy this phone unlocked, hopefully that won't require bank loan, given the prices of SE devices in the past.

Is it just me or they ripped off the UI characteristics of the Zune HD's media playback
