LG Optimus G for AT&T gets non Jelly Bean update
We suppose that this could just be some sort of maintenance update as AT&T does some light housekeeping, perhaps in front of the actual Android 4.1 update. We hate to bring it up, but the Sprint version of the phone has already received the coveted update. Since AT&T has not provided a changelist, if you are an owner of the AT&T version of the LG Optimus G, drop us a line and let us know what changes you've noticed since installing the update.

Too bad Sprint's got Jellybean starting 3 weeks ago... but an update for maintenance is better than no support at all

The only thing I've noticed is an added option to change your icon for most apps. If you push and hold most icons there is now a paint brush that pops up on the corner of the icon. Push it and you can customize to preset options or change the icon to a picture from your gallery. It would be awesome to find out if there are any additional changes.

I didnt notice any change. Hopefully this is a small pre update to 4.1
I am not happy about how long it is taking AT&T to update to JB with a flagship device like the LGOG. I am about to dump this phone for the Nexus4 or the next iPhone. If it cant even get updated to JB how the hell is ever gonna get the next major update after that?
