Hill Climb Racing arrives at the WP Store
Hill Climb Racing, one of the quite popular free games for Android and iOS, is now available for Windows Phone devices as well. The game is a 2D side-scrolling arcade racer and its physics are not what the average physics engineer would call realistic, but cartoony. The gameplay consist of driving along hills, gathering fuel for your gas-guzzler, collecting coins for upgrades and performing stunts while trying not to crash fatally as this will result in a "Game Over". Hill Climb Racing features 16 different vehicles such as cars, bikes, tanks, etc., which can be driven on various levels, sporting different environments.

Hill Climb Racing is in the Top 10 of the most downloaded free games in the Google Play Store, but it is yet to be seen if the game will fare well on the Windows Phone platform, too.

Why not? Its not like WP users need to pay for this. Why it wont be successful?

It may not have as many downloads as android or iOS but popular games on WP will be downloaded by millions.

SongArc is an indie game and has been downloaded half million times in 2 months. Popular games like above will be even more successful.

Another popular android game "Sky cups" also now available for Windows phone.

Got it. Not a huge fan of these types of games but it's fun.
