At IFA, the demo unit had Sense 4.1, so I imagine it would have 4.1 when it releases.

HTC is just like Apple. Stuck with the same tired old designs. No removable memory or battery in the One line of phones. No wonder HTC is losing ground in the market, they fail to innovate.
HTC had a good thing with the EVO 4G, it was HUGE and fast for the time. But that is where they stopped growing. There should be at least a 5 inch EVO right now with a kickstand, some sort of writing device, like the Note. Come on HTC you should be kicking apples arse and competing with Sammy, but your probably going to go belly up in a few years, now that you sold half of Beats back to Dr. Dre. HTC had nice phones, but not anymore.

Dude, I'ma huge HTC fanbitch and you can get off of HTC's case. HTC was given specifications from a European Cellphone carrier to build the Desire X too. So talk sh!t that you know. And NEVER say HTC is just like Apple. HTC is trying hard to differentiate itself from the competition and they have hit some road bumps. Apple is simply horrible!!!! The iPhone is not a bad device but Apple as a company doesn't know how to compete. It generally tries to go for the jugular. HTC is just a little cautious about it because they don't wan't to become another Samsung.
Not to mention, HTC took a risk on the HTC one X when it launched. It wanted the tittle of being the first quadcore smartphone which is why the One X seemed unpolished at launch. If you really want to know HTC's problem instead of making stuff up, listen. HTC simply needs to more time into there software. As an HTC one X owner, I can most definitely say that Sense 4.0 is a little rough around the edges, especially the keyboard. But as for removable batteries and old designs, I'm content.
Not to mention that HTC still has a signature pattern for their designs, they just used a different method to make there current gen devices. You can't even bash apple for repeating designs, especially if the iPhone 4S was a REFRESH of the iPhone 4, hence the name, iPhone 4S not iPhone 5! And the leaks of the iPhone 5 are unofficial so you shouldn't really count your chickens before they hatch.
I know this my next statement will be shrouded in hypocrisy, but still though. DON'T BE BIASED!!!!!

Yeah, same old tired designs, which is why the One X is basically unlike anything ever released before?

no front facing camera! htc still think it is competing with apple but in reality, it is samsung which is their biggest problem. not having a front facing camera or a micro sd card slot will not help especially when their phone are almost always more expensive than others.
