Low cost 6-inch phablet offered by Vodafone
U.K. carrier Vodafone has introduced a budget-busting phablet called the Vodafone Smart Ultra 6. On Pay As You Go, the price of the device is equivalent to $199 USD. Or, if you don't mind signing a contract, you can pay as little as $27 USD a month and get the device for free. Either way, this is one phablet that is affordable.

The Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 offers a 5.5-inch screen (were you expecting 6-inches maybe?) with a 1080 x 1920 FHD resolution. Under the hood is the Snapdragon 615 SoC, which features an octa-core CPU and an Adreno 405 GPU. A 13MP camera adorns the back of the unit, while a 5MP snapper can be found on the front. A 3000mAh battery keeps the lights on. An undisclosed version of Android is pre-installed.

The device features a plastic build and is available in black and white.

What win? Alcatel was the first to have Lollipop-type capacitive buttons, and the next goes to Huawei. This Vodafone lmao? Not late, but not the first.

"were you expecting 6-inches maybe?" Then why the heading "Low cost 6-inch phablet offered" ??? Seems the author was definitely expecting a 6 incher : D

Is this some more rebranded ZTE trash? If it is, good luck getting a day past the manufacturer warranty. Day 366, it self-destructs...

That's the Alcatel Idol 3's spec with capacitive buttons and less attractive body (lower prize), looks promising.
