This website is becoming a colossal joke…might as be called anti-Apple arena. The best part is the reviewer buying into the obvious bias and makes sweeping statements with zero technical backing.
Do better Android Arena…or else you’re going to become a steaming mess of like-minded Apple-haters all feeding into the same narrative.
You are correct. I misread the chart and was looking at the IPkne 16 Pro Max. I apologize. However DXOMARK has never rated an Iphone display very high. We will have to see I am far from an Apple hater but have to be honest that it sure seems that you are a bonified Android basher. Hardware wise i think Iphones are probably some of the best phones out there but I can tell you I don't like IOS. At my previous company they had an IPad and after trying to use it several times, I gave up and used the PC instead. I did not find IOS intuitive at all. I strongly considered getting an IPhone 17 Pro Max but changed my mind based on all the reviews a read about the inferior maps operation. Even Google maps isn't full featured on the IOS version. There are several good YouTube videos on IOS 26 vs Android 16 and in most areas, Andriod wins (Gemini vs Siri, maps, etc.). Bottom line is there is just no compelling software or hardware feature IOS has over Android and visa versa. Also Apple's financing is horrible compared to Samsung (i dont want to pick a carrier i want a non carrier specific unlocked phone that I can just move my Sim card to. Of all the phones comming out this year that will be available in the USA, (and i never thought i would ever say this)I am most impressed with the OnePlus 15. This phone appears to actually have the most intriguing hardware advances this year.
While you may have your opinion, I firmly believe that Android devices lack the features that make iOS devices superior. For instance, I have a Samsung Galaxy Fold 7, and there is not a single feature on it that I wish my iPhone had. . Despite giving Samsung another chance, I was deeply disappointed. For every day, an iPhone is the best choice, especially if you have a Mac and an iPad. Apple is miles ahead of its competitors in this regard. However, I must admit that I love the Samsung Galaxy Fold 7 as a unit and build quality, but its operating system is utterly inadequate. I only hold Samsung responsible for one thing and one thing only: not using their own operating system. The Samsung Galaxy Fold 7 will be the last Samsung device I ever purchase. Besides the Asus ROG phones, which I buy but rarely use, I only buy them because they are my favorite brand. I will never purchase any Android device again. If Samsung had launched their own operating system like Huawei did, I would consider giving it a try. Until then, I will not purchase any Android device. In my opinion, Google’s operating system is completely inferior to Apple’s.
Having reviewed the DXOMARK score and comprehended its accuracy, I am unable to accept your assertion that pixel cameras are superior. While you may claim that I did not read your previous response, it is evident that you failed to interpret the DXOMARK score correctly. Please provide a valid justification for your claim that pixel cameras are superior, considering the information available on DXOMARK. I await your response.
I absolutely dissagree with you but i am are glad you are as happy with IOS as i am with Android. You will probably never change and neither will I. There are no rights and wrongs here only different opinions. There is nothing wrong with brand loyalty only the berating of people who dissagree with you.
In my opinion, Apple has achieved remarkable success this year. While the absence of a new Siri is a notable omission, the company has delivered on its hardware promises. The 17 Pro Max not only received the necessary upgrades but also surpassed most other OEMs in terms of hardware performance. For instance, the S25U’s only advantage is a 5-watt increase in wire charging speed. In all other aspects, it falls short, including battery capacity. This demonstrates Apple’s exceptional capabilities, which is why I believe they have succeeded this time around. If the new Siri meets Apple’s expectations, Google will face significant challenges. The AI frenzy is over, and even Samsung is beginning to distance itself from it. They recently made a nice deal with OpenAI, which raises questions about the future of Bixby. It is worth considering whether we will witness a new and innovative Bixby emerging.
Again., your opinion and glad for you are so happy with your Apple products. They are not for me. I think Apple did a small incremental upgrade just like Samsung and many others have done. The processor upgrade is meaningless as the extra horsepower isnt needed, the battety upgrade was minimal and still uses an outdated Lithium Ion technology, the camera gardware was a good upgrade but only if it matters to you (and to the vast majority of users it doesn't), no real screen technology upgrade, no resl new software features, etc. The upgrades just dont justify the products prices anymore. If Apple, Ssmsung, Google, etc. don't wake up and innovate like OnePlus and others are doing, they will be doomed to the trash heap of mobile history. I dont know what will be my next phone but its getting hard to ignore the Chinese phones as they are technologically walking away from Apple, Samsung, Google and others. The only thing keeping them from completely dominating is the slow carrier support adoption, Geopolitical resistance and the concern for product support. As soon as these issues subside, look out.

A reminder that in DXOMARK the iPhone 17 PM destroys the Pixel 10 Pro XL, 168 vs 161. You know in case anyone was interested in objective data…

And that's OK, some people like inferior products while bending over to spread while paying for them.
