Wi-Fi Alliance confirms the existence of the Toshiba TG02

Information that has appeared on the webpage of Wi-Fi Alliance confirms the existence of the Toshiba TG02 that is expected to be another Snapdragon-based Windows Mobile smartphone. Quite some time ago another rumor, backed up by a picture had it the device would closely resemble the TG01 and be water-resistant. Now Tweakers.net reports it will also come in a classic candybar from factor. To get you even more confused, we will tell you that the PDF document on Wi-Fi Alliance reveals the model number of the TG02 is TM5-E01, that it has already been approved by FCC and that a sticker on its back says TG01. What exactly is the Toshiba TG02? Well, we will probably find that out soon, since according to a leaked information, the TG02 is to roll out in Q4 2009.
