T-Mobile USA says next Android device coming in early summer

T-Mobile USA has announced that the next Android based
handset will be out early summer and that later this month, the carrier
plans on giving out some more information. The first handset based on
Google's open source OS, the G1, has sold more than 1,000,000 units to
T-Mobile USA customers to date. Those G1 owners can pick from
approximately 4,900 apps in the Android Market, according to
information released by the carrier.
While T-Mobile did not reveal the name of their next Android powered handset, we reported earlier that a leaked picture of the carrier's inventory system showed that the HTC Magic would be the next Android based device for T-Mobile and may be named My Touch 3G by the nation's fourth largest carrier.
