If you just can't stay asleep on Friday morning because of the launch of the EVO 4G, you might want to get dressed and head over to Radio Shack. 1600 stores will be opening early on June 4th-just for cellphone fanatics like you-and some locations will be unlocking the door as early as 6am. This way, you don't have to call the boss to tell him you have the 4G flu and can't make it to work. Instead, imagine heading to the office with that sizzling hot handset, showing off the EVO 4G to that smarmy jerk in the corner office who is always showing off his new car. Also, those Shack customers who pre-ordered the phone and pick it up early, will get an additional 15% discount off accessories in addition to the $20 accessory credit that they already have coming. If you already reserved your EVO 4G from Radio Shack, they suggest you call your local store to see what time they open on Friday. And if you didn't get around to putting down some cash to reserve a phone, there are some extra units floating around the stores. So, you had better get some rest on Wednesday night because Thursday night will be all about the anticipation.

I will not be able to get one until 10am because my Radio Shack is in the mall... And thats the time they can open the store....

why does anyone want to go to radioshack anyway.......my sprint store is whereits at. they provide the best customer service,help me out other retailers have always screwed me.....ill be at the sprint store.

its true. any time ive been to a radio shack or best buy im always screwed over, and IM DEF not the only one!! ive moved around a lot and hear the same stories at different 3rd party locations. Sprint corporate stores have always been the most knowledgable and go above and beyond to help me out with stuff. I think they actually like their jobs at sprint stores lol.

I have to get it at radio shack because I work. Besides they are the only store near where I live that guaranteed me the phone...
