New spy shots of HTC Touch Pro2 wearing Verizon brand
It was back at the end of May when we last presented to you a picture of the HTC Touch Pro2 wearing Verizon colors. The clocks have been moving ahead and the pages on the calender have been dropping off the wall. We are within 2 weeks of T-Mobile becoming the first U.S. carrier to launch the Touch Pro2 and Sprint is said to be releasing its version of the handset on September 3rd. Verizon fans have seen the name of the model in Big Red's inventory system, but nothing gets the juices flowing like a couple of new pictures.

If you take the time to go back and look at the first picture from late May, you will notice some minor changes between the first model and the new one. The HTC logo seems to have been moved from the top corner of the phone opposite the Verizon brand, to the space under the display. The bottom line is that there now is more room for the Verizon and HTC logos. Speaking of making more room, with Verizon now offering both the Touch Pro and the Touch Diamond for $99.99 with a 2 year contract, there should be plenty of shelf space for the sequel versions of both handsets once they go on sale at the nation's largest carrier.
