LG Nexus 4 stars in a hands-on video
Google and LG aren't exactly trying hard to keep the highly-anticipated LG Nexus 4 a secret, are they? After a number of leaks, rumors, and a confirmation of its arrival from an LG representative, the yet-unannounced smartphone has appeared online once again. This time, the LG Nexus 4 is being handled in a brief hands-on video, courtesy of the Swedish carrier 3. And to our delight, the device is turned on most of the time, letting us take a peak at Android 4.2, which is expected to run on it upon launch.

Sadly, our Swedish isn't very good, so we have little idea as to what the guy is saying. Nevertheless, checking out the video is recommended, especially as we won't be seeing the LG Nexus 4 being unveiled in New York today as the Google event has been canceled.

Thanks for sending this in!

UPDATE: The LG Nexus 4 video has been taken down.

Screen looks great, fast and smooth operations, and love the notification area tweaks. Seriously thinking about getting this when it comes out.

The video was taken down quickly, guess they found out they weren't supposed to post it yet. The video you saw is the next in the YouTube user's playlist, namely that of Nokia Lumia 920.

Engaget was quick enough to save it. The video is live there.

Its sleek and minimalist. Doesnt look nearly as bad as the renders.

Now give me a launch date and a review! lol

My only problem, why does Google keeps placing the power button on the side? As oppose to the top. Hopefully they fixed the pethetic speaker, too.

Those ugly real estate wasting on screen keys...again. Looks just like the Galaxy Nexus.

21. remixfa posted on 29 Oct 2012, 13:45 1 1

considering it is a nexus, why are you surprised that it shares design language with the G-nexus, Nexus S, ect?

That's like complaining that the iphone still looks like an iphone or a galaxy looks a lot like a previous model.
