Corning shows the awesome transparent touchscreen future in "A Day Made of Glass" sequel
Share:
Last year Corning, the makers of the tough Gorilla Glass and the thin Lotus Glass that adorn, or will adorn many high-end smartphones and tablets, made a concept video last year, called "A Day Made of Glass". It showcased what your mirror, door, window, mobile screen, and so on, might be capable of in the future.
Now technology has developed and new inventions have appeared, so Corning outed a sequel: "A Day Made of Glass 2", to let us all know what could be out there in the next few years. The video demonstrates "how highly engineered glass, with companion technologies, will help shape our world" and, as you can guess, involves touchscreens and Augmented Reality everywhere.

Gotta love their concept esp. the ones on the medical field, the magic that they did with the CT Scan was awesome all the way. . . .

cool video. make it more realistic with a clear sheet of glass in the woods... show all the birds flying in smacking the glass and a pile of dead ones at the bottom.
