ASUS MeMo Pad FHD 10 LTE tablet official in promo video: 'powerful, Full HD entertainment'

We got a whiff of the ASUS MeMo Pad FHD 10 back in June, when at Computex 2013 Asus debuted its first Android slate powered by a dual-core 1.6 GHz Intel CloverTrail+ processor. At the same expo we saw the Asus CEO flaunt an LTE version of that tablet, powered by a quad-core Qualcomm processor by definition, most likely Snapdragon 800.

Now that same ASUS MeMo Pad FHD 10 LTE tablet seems to be official, at least judging from the video that just appeared on the Asus YouTube channel, detailing the specs. We get a slightly thicker but lighter slate, compared to the version with Intel processor, with the same 10" 1920x1200 pixels IPS-LCD display, 5 MP camera and stereo speakers, plus microSD slot for storage expansion.

Asus touts the typical 10 hours of battery life out of the tablet, though we'd wager to guess this will be drawn on quicker when you have the LTE connectivity on. Pricing and availability info is scarce at the moment, but we hope Asus will quickly fill in the blanks.
