Xmas in June for iPhone 4 buyer who gets device early by mistake

Attorney Gil Cabrera sent out a tweet saying that Xmas had come early. What could arrive early and set off sentiments like that? The Apple iPhone 4, of course. And while Mr. Cabrera probably was the man of the hour at his firm, showing off his purchase a couple of days before many will be receiving their order, the bad news was that Apple would not allow the device to be activated until Wednesday. When Mr. Cabrera called Apple to try to get the phone up and running, he was told that receiving the iPhone 4 early was a mistake. What is worse, having to wait until Thursday to receive your new iPhone 4, or receiving the phone a couple of days earlier than everyone but not being allowed to activate it until tomorrow?
