Nokia unveils two Bluetooth-enabled mid-range cellphones - 6103 and 6102i

Nokia unveiled mid-range mobile phones - 6102i and 6103 at the 2006 Consumer Electronics Show. Both devices have the same features as their predecessors 6101 and 6102, apart from the added Bluetooth technology. The Nokia 6102i retains the design of 6102, while the 6103 model has an updated design, but in the same compact size. The new devices come in two versions - tri-band GSM 850/1800/1900 for the American market and GSM 900/1800/1900 for Europe and Asia. Besides the Bluetooth technology, the handsets also feature:

  • VGA camera with flash and video capture
  • Nokia Xpress audio messaging
  • FM radio
  • MIDI and MP3 ringtones

  • Built-in speakerphone

The Nokia 6102i and 6103 are expected to hit the market in the first quarter of this year.
