Two new smartphones of the Nokia family, the N73 and N93, are now shipping. Both devices feature 3.2 megapixel cameras with Carl Zeiss optics. The N73 is a 3G candybar handset with quadband GSM and EDGE support, featuring integrated stereo speakers for better audio experience, and also allows instant uploading of images to Flickr. The N93 is also a 3G phone with EDGE compatibility but with a tri-band (900/1800/1900 MHz) GSM support, as well as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities. It is a clamshell device with a swiveling 2.4 QVGA display. Its 3.2 megapixel camera is capable of capturing at up to 30 frames per second, stereo audio recording and digital stabilization which enables smooth and shake-free movies with almost DVD-like quality. Both devices feature miniSD card slot for memory expansion of up to 2 GB.
