Nokia 114 quietly unveiled: cheap, cheaper, cheapest
The Nokia 114 is a basic Series 40 device that unlike its bigger and better Lumia brothers did not get a loud unveiling. Aimed at developing markets, the Nokia 114 quietly appeared on the Finnish phone maker’s website.

What does it have to attract your attention? Price, price and price again. Well, dual-SIM connectivity as well. This ultra low-budget device will among the cheapest devices on the market.

It is very similar to the Nokia 109, another extremely affordable feature phone. The Nokia 114 has a 1.8-inch 128 x 160-pixel 65K color screen, and a VGA camera capable of recording QCIF video. Moreover, the new handset also supports Bluetooth 2.1.

It is clearly one of the new cheap Nokia phones, so take a look at it and let us know - could this become your backup phone if it became available in Western markets?

one network has a good texting package and the other has a good calling package. so I guess its a good idea to use this phone to take advantage of both.

Looks good. While I already have a good backup phone (another Nokia smartphone) this would be a good choice if I were in need of one. I like that the design is in line with the Lumia 510/610/710, showing the family resemblance in a smaller cheaper low-end form. That blue looks great as well.
