When is Verizon announcing the new price plans?

Rumor has it that Verizon is launching new price plans that will force new data plans even if you are previously on unlimited data plans.... any idea when this will happen and what the prices/details will be?

the new plans go into effect on June 28 2012
you don't loose unlimited data if you have it, but if you want a new phone, you can't get the new/upgrade prices, you have to pay full price for the phone.
