iPhone 3GS losing its pearly white finish?
So far the only major issues or problems reported with the new iPhone 3GS is the high pitched sound being emitted. One owner though has a unique situation where the color of his white iPhone 3GS started to change colors. The discolored look happened while the owner was using both the GPS and 3G connection. Now we're pretty sure that there's probably a ton of data being transferred – so it would probably make sense that battery consumption go up. The owner goes on to say that it felt like it was overheating, but not to the point unbearable. Either way, it looks like it could have affected the formerly polished looking white plastic. Maybe it doesn't happen as much to the black variant - or maybe it does?

well; being that the phone is white... it would have most likely turn colors eventually. it just came early for this guy. ((isn't it common knowledge anyway for any sort of device that is white will turn some ugly color?))

Rofl, white was never my color, thanks for pointing that out Phone Arena, it looks like E72 and Storm 2 is on my wish list if Apple fails more.

I got a white 32g 3gs on launch here in sydney and noticed after reading this my phone has a light toast colour just underneath the apple logo...kinda looks like a dirty finger smudge (from the inside..doesn't want to come off wen i wipe it)...i had the white 16g 3g b4 and compairing to that one the 3g is more white than my newer 3gs... gona head to the apple store here in sydney for an inspection on the weekend...
