Any judge worth his robe will throw this out as soon as it gets to his court and then toss her and her lawyer in jail for waisting the courts time.

Seriously....this is what you post.... Find some real cellular news. And spell check is your friend.... "really"

This should not be classified under cell phone news. While funny, it is still unfortunate that bigger things are not happening in the cellular world. Where are the awesome new phones like the EVO at??

Why can't people take responsibility for their own actions? Have we gotten that bad? People suing for hot coffee burns, McDonalds making you fat and now getting hit in the head for talking on the phone during a movie? c'mon where's the common sense? I'm going to sue because the gym made my arms swell up, then I'm going to sue the music industry for giving me neck pains for head banging, then I'm going to sue Facebook because it takes up all my freetime...this is funny but I'm sure someone will try it. Listen to Weird Al's song "Sue Ya!"

so let me get this straight....she was bent down talking on her mobile (when she totally should not be) and an ARMREST FELL hitting her in the head causing a bump?!?!?! WTF?!?! since when do arm rests weight 40 kilos???? i seriously doubt any arm rest falling would cause even an impression on your head or skin. this sounds like total BS never mind the fact that the lady is a cucking funt for talking on her phone while a movie is going on.

What a jack ass. Its too bad she didn't get knocked the f*ck out for being a moron on her phone during a movie. I totally agree with CellGeek above me. I am sick of these idiots who pull this kind of crap, and put a strain on our legal system. If I ever met this moron, I would joyfully bitch slap her across her face.

Does that mean when im walking and texting outside and run into a light-post and hurt myself, I would be smart to try to sue the city?

Yes and you could blame it on the city for not having "Signs" saying its dangerous to walk and text. LOL

I doubt she would have a case for this. In a reasonable situation, a patron at a movie theater would not have to PUT THEIR HEAD UNDER AN ARMREST. This is like saying you bought French Fries at McDonalds and you got burns from putting them in your pants. So much money being wasted because stupid people want to be stupid.

What they should get her is one of those chairs you sit in on a roller coaster, that has a foam pad that goes over your neck, shoulders, and chest. Keep her in that the entire duration of the movie. She should probably just rent the next few Harry Potter movies though.
