The third alpha version of Fennec for Windows Mobile has appeared

The mobile version of Firefox is slowly getting closer to a final release and its developers give us the opportunity to take a look at what´s new. The third alpha of Fennec is now available to all Windows Mobile Professional users. The list of major improvements includes faster start-up times and caching content during rendering, which makes moving around web pages much easier. Finally, the app now supports a wide range of screen resolutions.
We are pleasantly impressed with the current edition, but it´s quite obvious the app needs hard work until we can call it a worthy adversary to the best internet browsers on the market. Having said that, we do like the way you control tabs and settings. If you feel like testing the third alpha edition of Fennec yourself, you can get it here (CAB file).
