The Samsung Galaxy Spica i5700 gets Android 2.0 this February?
Rumors are floating about on the Internet that the Samsung Galaxy Spica i5700 and Galaxy i7500 will get updated to Android version 2.0 soon. The information comes from SamsungFirmware, a website that keeps track of all ROMs developed for handsets made by the Korean giant and although we are somewhat reluctant to call it reliable source of information, the guys over there provide accurate pieces of information quite often indeed. The above-mentioned handsets are really likeable, plus the Galaxy Spica can even play DivX and Xvid videos, the thing is their software is pretty standard (no personalization packs), so any update would bring life back to their ageing functionality and design. We hope the shortest month of the year will begin on a promising note for all owners of the i5700 and i7500.
