It’s not the first time we’ve seen the T-Mobile myTouch 3G going under the $100 mark
on contract, but this latest move aims to get clear out the original model in anticipation for the myTouch 3G 1.2 launch. People who’ve been eyeing the myTouch 3G for a while now will be glad to know that the smartphone will be getting a $50 price cut starting this Wednesday February 10 – making the device go for $99.99 with a 2 year contract. New and existing customers can take advantage of this or opt to see if T-Mobile slashes the price again if inventory levels have not been met. So if you don’t care for a 3.5mm headset jack or increased memory, maybe it’s time to get yourself into the Android platform with the original myTouch 3G.
