Sprint Treo Pro debut pushed back until end of February?
The late night rumor mill is burning up with potentially sizzling hot news. After a series of delays, it now appears as though the Sprint Treo Pro will go on sale at the end of February.Originally, the device was to see the light of day in early December. Then it was pushed back to January 25th, then February 15th and now the end of that month. All open orders are canceled and to appease irate customers, a $25 credit will be placed in accounts of those who are affected. Now there actually is some good news about the phone. There is some speculation that this device will allow for simultaneous voice and data usage, something that has been technically possible on Sprint's EV-DO Rev. A network, but not yet utilized. Obviously we will hear more about this as we get closer to the launch date, whenever it will be. Now perhaps if the groundhog sees his shadow, that means the Sprint Treo Pro is coming soon.

If this is ture I really hope the Pre is the second CDMA phone in the US to offer simultaneous voice and data. It's a feature I would not use a lot but nice to have the option and it's one of the bigger advantages HSUPA have over EV-DO rev. A.
