More pictures of what purportedly is the glass to be used in Apple's unannounced tablet shows that the tablet will have a 10 inch screen. Expected to finally get announced to the public a week from today by Steve Jobs in San Francisco, the Apple tablet is rumored to be called the iSlate, iTablet or the latest name to be passed around, the i-Pad. The 10 inch screen dovetails nicely with reports in the WSJ that have said that the tablet would have a display of that size. The photograph below came from a trusted tipster for the Mac Observer. All of the pieces are beginning to come together and as we head into next week's announcement, expect more leaks to come dripping out.

Apple keeps doing it. Although with the exception of the iPhone, they create nothing that has not been out before, but they fancy it up and charge more and people buy. Most do not have tablets, but this may make them go get it. Judging by the design, it seems more unlikely that the iPhone 2 will have a radically new design.

Cant wait tell apple fanboys get them and accidentally drop them like the iphone while trying to use a giant tablet with a touch screen. I bet these are one drop and your done too, like all the other lovely apple products.
