Last second Apple iPhone 5s and Apple iPhone 5c deals from Target

With only a few days left until Christmas, Target is running a sale on both the Apple iPhone 5s and Apple iPhone 5c to attract those who have not completed their holiday shopping. Target (pronounced Tar-j among the conspicuous consumption crowd) is running this sale Sunday through Tuesday, Christmas Eve. The sale replaces another, about to expire promotion on the Apple iPhone and the first-generation Apple iPad mini.

Since the current sale still runs through Saturday, let's discuss that one first. Today, Target has the Apple iPhone 5s for $149.99 while the Apple iPhone 5c is technically free. The phone is $50 but you receive back a $50 Target gift card. Those prices require a signed two year contract. Meanwhile, the Apple iPad mini is $299 but you will receive a $30 Target gift card.

Then, starting on Sunday and running through Christmas Eve, the Apple iPhone 5s is $179.99, not including the $25 Target gift card you will receive. The Apple iPhone 5c will cost you just $30, but the $30 Target gift card you receive brings the price down to zero. $479 will buy you an Apple iPad Air, but you get $20 back in the form of a gift card from the retailer. And lastly, the Apple iPad mini is $299 with a $30 Target gift card coming back to you. The Apple iPhone 5s and Apple iPhone 5c require a signed two-year pact to receive the sale prices.

Throughout the remainder of this month, trade in a working smartphone and receive the value of the phone plus an additional $25 if you apply the proceeds toward the purchase of an on-contract phone.
