First images of the HTC Vision are leaked
It was only a few weeks ago when we were treated to some additional news regarding the HTC Vision. In the user agent profile that was uncovered, it was believed to be related to the HTC Desire due to its WVGA display, but clearly separated itself because it would include a physical QWERTY keyboard. Up until rumors about the HTC Vision began to surface, there was just a lack of high-end Android smartphones that tacked on physical QWERTY keyboards – instead we were treated to mid-range sets like the myTouch 3G Slide, Motorola CLIQ, and the G1. Thanks to a Croatian web site, they were able to snap up a couple of photos that is believed to be the HTC Vision to focus things just a little bit more for all of us. There are definitely some design similarities between this and the Desire, but you can blatantly notice that the circular optical pad has been replaced instead with a square track-pad. Aside from that, the color trim and everything else looks to be exact – it's speculated to feature a 3.7” display, 1GHz Snapdragon processor, and Android 2.1. It's somewhat unfathomable to see how the HTC Touch Pro2 continues to be regarded as one of the best QWERTY smartphones on the market to this day, but hopefully the HTC Vision can also do the same on the Android front.

looks exactly like the mytouch slide with a touch pro 2 keyboard. The keyboard is a bit in ATT colors so could this be released by ATT?

i'd defiantly say AT&T or possibly T-Mobile coz the CDMA front haz their upcoming Epic 4G and Droid 2 hi-end slider flagship phones and let's face it, AT&T's only QWERTY packing Android Handset: The Motorola Backflip sucks hairy monkey balls so enter The HTC Vision. this must be a really barebones prototype though coz it's mixing the Éclair stock app launcher and HTC's custom status bar there.

ya know the Nexus One/Desire with a Keyboard would have been largly popular 4-6 months ago but with the Epic 4G shows that there CAN be big screen superphones with a Keyboard. 3.7" is still cool and all but at this point in the game I want a 4"KB or a 4.3"Slab. Perfect sizes
