AT&T customers now have access to the Ovi Store on their Nokia handsets
Any AT&T customer sporting a Nokia handset may tell you that the lack of available apps is one reason they might get teased from their friends. Fortunately though, the tides have turned and now there’s something big in store for them. AT&T customers who own specific Nokia handsets are now able to access the Ovi Store – they’ll be able to download free and paid apps onto their phone. Nokia and AT&T have announced the availability for the Nokia Surge, E71X, Mural, 6650, 6555, and 6350 – with more devices to come. In addition, anything they purchase will automatically be charged to their monthly AT&T bill. One can simply access it by going into their phone’s web browser, type in store.ovi.com, and then download the Ovi Store application – the next thing you know, you’ll begin to download other personalized content, apps, games, ringtones, productivity tools, movie trailers, and much more. So now there’s no reason why you can’t show off to your friends anymore.

Sure there is. What about all the features that AT&T robbed the phone of in the first place and all the trash they put on it?
