If you remember the old Evo 4g commercial where they had a bunch of comments on the phone, one of them was saying about "My Evo is so much better then my old Iphone" or something near that, essential putting down iphones, and they have since edited the commercial to take that part out.
Also they have started stop openly dissing on iphone, and both sprint and mac are starting to ignore questions about sprint getting an iphone soon or not. just like verizon and mac did before.
so it looks like sprint is trying to make a deal, but since its sprint, they are trying to be sneaky about it.
hope this helps!

I highly doubt it. It would require a deal between Sprint and Apple. Sprint doesn't have the numbers to have a deal that Apple will approve of. Also Sprints network will DIE if the iPhone comes to it. Imagine the speeds from now to half.

If Sprint and T-Mobile merge it will happen. If they do get it they won't have network problems; two other carriers already have it. Just like Verizon; Sprint will not have long line's out the door. That should change this summer because Apple will have advertising in high gear with the new phone launch. Apple should Android is grabbing a huge market share.

You know for a fact but you don't know the proper spelling of iPhone? But seriously, they don't need it. They'll be just like Verizon...making fun of the iPhone, replacing with Droid, only to then give in, and advertise both as if they are not direct rivals.
