At CES 2006, Nokia announced the successors of their popular clamshell phones for the US 6101 and 6102, respectively carried by T-Mobile and Cingular. In terms of features, the new devices fully copy their predecessors, and the only new thing is the added Bluetooth support. The 6103's design is different from its predicessor (6101), while the 6102i is identical to the 6102. Neither the user manuals nor the images show any hint on carriers getting them, but we expect the 6103 on T-Mobile USA and 6102i on Cingular soon. Nokia 6103/6102i main specification:
- Tri-band GSM phone in clamshell form-factor; GPRS and EDGE data
- Dual color displays
- VGA camera with video capture
- Bluetooth
- FM Radio
