AT&T's LG GU292 looks to be an affordable PTT handset
Gearing up for an eventual release to the public, it looks as though AT&T is going to offer the PTT enabled LG GU292 to business customers first. The basic looking slider phone may not look as pretty as the LG Shine II, already offered by the carrier, but it makes it up by being able to connect with up to seven contacts via their push-to-talk technology – which provides for minutes-free conversation. In addition, you can opt to use your Bluetooth headset for those occasions when you just tire of listening to people through the normal speaker. Aside from that one glaring feature, everything else expected with the handset will come to no surprise for most of us. Unfortunately there is no pricing announced for the handset from what can be gathered, but it would most likely sport an affordable option.
