I assure you that I am not at all. I acknowledge that there are always defects and issues, but Samsung and Google tend to exaggerate them. Every single Samsung device has defect issues. It is quite astonishing.

It is astonishing that a Google search for Samsung vs Apple defects reveals that every single S series since the S20 has them. If that is not remarkable, I do not know what is. However, Google does not provide any defects on the Apple device. I wonder why? What is your justification for this? Is Google incorrect? Will you use that as an excuse?

Here you go...a Googld search on. "Hardware defects in IPhones"

Common iPhone hardware defects include failing batteriesunresponsive or physically damaged screensfaulty power or volume buttons, issues with the camera, and charging problems, which can result from manufacturing defects, wear and tear, or accidental damage. These physical issues can cause symptoms like sudden shutdowns, slow performance, overheating, or failure to power on. To check for defects, you can inspect the physical components, monitor battery life, and perform an internal diagnostic test via a Wi-Fi connection after connecting the iPhone to a charger while holding the volume buttons, as suggested by Apple and discussed in videos like the one on YouTube

Common Hardware Defect Types

Battery Issues:Premature battery degradation, which reduces daily usage, or a battery that fails to hold a charge.

Screen Issues:Physical damage like cracks, punctures, or excessive scratches. Also, permanent display anomalies, such as a permanent green line on some iPhone X models, are considered hardware defects.

Button Problems:Faulty power buttons or volume control buttons that are unresponsive.

Charging Problems:A dirty or damaged charging port, or the iPhone not charging at all, even after being plugged in for some time.

Camera Failures:Blurry or otherwise damaged camera lenses.

Other Physical Defects:Cracked casings, missing physical buttons, or separated components.

Signs of Hardware Defects

The iPhone fails to turn on, even after charging.

The phone spontaneously shuts off or restarts.

Performance is significantly slow.

The device overheats.

The touchscreen is unresponsive or shows "ghost touches".

How to Diagnose Hardware Defects

Physical Inspection: Examine the screen for damage, check the charging port for debris, and ensure all physical buttons are working correctly.

Monitor Battery Life: If the battery drains quickly on a relatively new device, it could indicate a defective battery.

Perform a Diagnostic Test: Connect your iPhone to a charger, then press and hold both volume up and volume down buttons. Release them when the Apple logo appears, then tap to continue to initiate a diagnostic scan and check for hardware issues.
