i hope they do the user review. i had the three chocolate three's and two of them were possessed it reset itself and would not reactivate and i went to the verizon store where i went and i heard them tell a customer that there were very little problems with it

i think this review system will help a lot of people out looking to buy a new phone.

this review system has one flaw... the people who post reviews won't be the normal customers that are happy with their phone. It will be the idiots that abuse their phones and then flip out and write a lousy review when they don't get their way at a store.... the smart customers never bother, only the dumbasses

You are right. A university did a study in 2004 I think and found on average for every compliment there was 16 complaints. Happy customers rarely voice it and unhappy customers never stop voicing it.

You know, I always thought that PhoneArena and AT&T were in bed together, but I never had proof.....Until I read THIS article. "..... leading companies in the world of cell phones like PhoneArena and AT&T?.......)....Yep... Definitely no bias there.

That's exactly right, there is an individual that posted on these exact comments that he was surprised that the store told customers that the Chocolate 3 was a good phone, merely because he had a bad experience. That's the exact mindset of most Americans, if it's a problem that affected them, it must have affected everybody in the world. There's no way only my phone had problems. It's not a secret, VZW software causes some problems, but I have had problems with 1 phone, and that was a Q9m that kept crashing. If you take care of your phone, chances are, it'll be alright. I even had a Razr that didn't have a single problem.
