Two new texting phones from PCD
It seems texting is the name of the game for PCD. Today, it showed two new phones with full QWERTY keyboards, the TXT8020 and TXT8021. The first one is a slider with rotating screen and the second one is pretty much like the Verizon Wireless Blitz, but with an updated styling. We don’t have any information about the specifications of this texting duo, but probably they won’t be much different than the Blitz. There is no information about which carriers are going to offer them either, but from what we see on the TXT8020’s screen, Verizon Wireless is definitely a suspect. The interface looks familiar doesn’t it?

When I see a picture of the TXT8021, the first phone that came to mind was the Samsung Propel. It looks just like it, except it's rounder instead of square shaped.

The funny this is I had a customer choose the Blitz over the enV2. His words were: It looks more corporate-like (the Blitz).

We don't sell the Blitz in our store.
