Doesn't the last line in the article defeat the whole purpose?

Well regardless of how much you save on cheap calls and international calls it still puts a big dent in your pocket. I make frequent calls to most international destinations like India, Brazil, China and elsewhere. These companies are still making hefty profits taking into account the the calls are really a VOIP calls. A friend recommended callarc.com I signed up and received an email and a call from one of the guys at callarc.com and asked if I wanted to test the service. I was able to call London, Brazil, India and other destinations for free and guess, what from my mobile. All i had to do was send it a SMS text message of the number i wanted to dial. The service called me back and connected me to the number i wanted to call. This is really cool service and one of a kind. Check it out the site it is called callarc.com have fun Patrick

Company Claims It Can Cut Your Cell Phone Bill By Half MobileMiser Inc. promises to cut your cell phone bill in half. It was designed by a man who didn't have a landline and did all his business over his cell. When he saw the invoices, he decided there had to be a better way. And when he couldn't find it, he invented one for himself. "If you use Mobilemiser you can call anywhere [in North America] from 4.9 cents a minute," explains creator Rasool Verjee. "Mexico City is 6.9 cents a minute. London is 6.9 cents a minute." That's music to the ears of consumers like Mark Anthony Clennon. "I just moved from Florida ... three months ago," he points out. "So I call everyone back home, my family, my friends. It's very expensive . I paid $110 on my bill last month." He can try it and so can you, atwww.mobilemiser.com

1. The TruPhone user account page is defective. I paid for unlimited free calls. Don't get it. User support is unwilling to help.
2. As not everybody reads terms and conditions: they don't refund the credit on your account if you are not happy with the product.
3. Sound quality is reasonable, but often people claim to hear themselves. Quality on cheap satellite call providers is way better.
4. The android app confused an android phone of us, wifi internet stopped working after installing truphone.
