Released not long ago in a few Asian markets, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime can now be bought in the US via Amazon. The handset is offered unlocked for $295.98, and can be used on GSM/LTE carriers like AT&T and T-Mobile, but it's not compatible with Verizon and Sprint.
Since it's sold directly by Amazon (see the source link at the end of this article), we assume that the Galaxy J7 Prime comes with US warranty. Still, to be sure of that, you'd better contact Amazon and ask. Right now, the device is available only in black, and we don't know when, or if other color variants will be launched in the US.
The Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime kind of resembles the Galaxy J7 (2016), but it packs more advanced features inside its metal body. The handset is powered by an octa-core Exynos 7870 processor, sports a 5.5-inch 1080p display, and currently runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. Furthermore, it's got a fingerprint scanner, a 13 MP rear camera, 8 MP front-facing camera, 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of expandable storage space, and a 3300 mAh battery. Dual SIM support is on board, too.
Amazon doesn't have too many Galaxy J7 Prime units in stock, so perhaps you should hurry if you're planning to purchase the phone.
