HP introduces a wireless Notebook PC

HP has launched a mobile broadband Notebook PC, called Compaq nc6140. The device is specifically designed to operate on Verizon Wireless' EV-DO network that powers its BroadbandAccess service, offering download speeds of 400 to 700 kbps. Besides the pre-installed software for establishing reliable wireless connection, the mobile notebook PC is also equipped with MSM6500 CDMA2000 1xEV-DO high-speed wireless chipset from QUALCOMM. The Compaq nc6140 has a shock-resistant lamination and the following main features:
