About 10 years ago, I got a great deal for opening 15 business phone lines with Tmobile. In that deal included a nice rebate after having the service in good standing after x amount of months. I said put in writing and they did. When the rebate did not arrive, I reached out to the salesman and was no longer with the company, Tmobile business care gave me the runaround for weeks. Then I reached out to John Legere on Twitter. The next day I received an email from "the desk of John Legere" secretary and stated, rebate will be applied to the account. WHOA! Try to top that off. I've been a Tmobile customer since 2008, still satisfied but since John Legere left it has not been the same.

Ever since John Legere left T-Mobile has been a completely different company. To clearify they took the trust and good will loyalty you felt John Legere earned and used it to screw over it's customers. The last CEO is probably leaving to stop the customers from running away. You can tell he is one of these CEOS that are snakes. He's a complete scam artist at Best when they needed to raise capital for the 5G system they did it by making everyone have the same exact bill due date. Customer's at that time had different dates matter of fact every single day was someone's due date. But 60% of the customers got doubled billed that first month and not to many people noticed. I myself had just paid my bill 13 day's before they thought I would pay again. It's not like you will get it back at the back end. No this was done to raise extra money. I had a senior supervisor admitted it to me because I was pissed and ready to make some calls. They gave me 6 months and a free phone to shut me up. Or better said bribe me. I was happy getting over on them for once. I've been a customer for 20 year's now and I'm sick and tired of the games. Whatever happened to major companies operating without scamming everyone they could. When are we going to wake up to the billionaire class is out to enslave the rest of us. And I don't get shamed with the your jealous of people with billions. Absolutely not I wouldn't mind having 30 or 40 million but when it's billions you can't trust yourself. Everyone you know acts like they love you but even your wife, kid's mother and father can't wait until you are gone and will help you any chance they have. Billionaires are nothing more than the biggest crackhead in the 90s. Same addiction.

When the whole reason for calling is to cancel something, and the rep has an agenda to keep things the same and/or sell me even more items, that is a recipe for disaster. But as in almost cases 99.99% of the time, follow the money. It always boils down to the money. Greed, it's not a deadly sin for no reason and has been the downfall of so many. That history book on the shelf is forever repeating itself!!
