The phone carries amazing amount of features. If you are a businessman/woman, you will love it. It syncs information from/to the PDA or Laptop in a snap with its Bluetooth. Sending text messages is another great feature with its T9; plus what you type when you type it, appears on the screen without processing delay unlike my SonyEricsson T610.

The only two discrepancies I've encountered so far is that 1. the ear-piece gives you hard time at a noisy environment to the point that sometimes you can barrely hear the person on the other end. And 2. Occasionally, the phone freezes on call; so it terminates the call and doesn't respond at all on any command, so you might need to take the battery out to reset it (when resetting it you dont lose any information on the phone memory).

I don't know how Panasonic handles customers on supporting them. I haven't had any major problem with it and I am confident that the phone is solid enough.

I've dropped it several times and nothing has happened to it. My Nokia 6170 which I just got and just dropped, the battery and its cover popped out. Unlike the X70 it held itself all together.

As far as design goes, I wish it didnt have an external antenna. Also, it has ergonomic structure to the point that when someone calls you can flip it easily using one hand. The vertical LCD screen on the outside has 8 different light colors to choose from and it gives you the time, signal strength and what profile you've selcted for the phone: normal/silent/loud etc.

I hope my review helped you determine whether this phone is good for you or not.
