'Sprint Premier' to offer perks & benefits to high-value customers
Times are tough right now in every sector of the economy wherever you turn to with the future still uncertain. Luckily though, Sprint is launching an exclusive program aimed at its best customers by offering them unique perks and benefits to them. And who doesn’t like getting some goodies during these rough times? ‘Sprint Premier’ is intended to 'revolutionize the customer experience – one customer at a time.' In order to be automatically qualified for this, you must be a Sprint customer for three consecutive months with an individual wireless plan of at least $69.99 per month or spend at least $99.99 per month on a plan that share minutes. You’ll also be eligible if you’ve been with Sprint for at least 10 years. Some of the perks that come along with it are early upgrades, accessory discounts, exclusive sneak peeks on new services and products, courtesy plan checks, “just because” perks that offer tickets to special events, and anniversary awards. This is a fundamental step that the number three wireless carrier is executing in becoming a more complete customer centric company. It definitely does pay for being a good customer.

Not sure when they started this but about two months ago when I logged on to pay my bill it had a link to veiw my "Premier Customer Rewards" and the one that caught my attention was being able to upgrade every year instead of 22 months. I have a hard time keeping the same phone for two years since I'm kinda a phone whore so this makes it much more affordable to have the newest phones available.
