Cool images, taken with your cell phone #30
Share:
So, which picture did you like most last time? The answer is Micah Kelly's photo taken with the HTC EVO 3D. And a pretty well-deserved first place it is, we should say!
Of course, there are many other incredible images left to be seen. Let's continue with another set of 15 pics, each of which can easily convince even the most professionally-inclined photographer that cell phones are more than a toy in the camera department.
Please note that if your own awesome image is not included here, this doesn't mean that it won't end up on the site. We simply might not have gotten to it yet! So, we urge you to continue following us, as we'll be publishing more of these truly great photos in the following days and weeks.
We'd also like to remind you that you can continue submitting your cool cell phone pics to the following email address:
phonearenaimages@gmail.com
In order to not miss on all the glory, you also have to mention your name/nickname, as well as the phone you used to take the shots. A nice additional piece of info would be a name or a short description for the image.
With that, we now leave you with our 30th set of favorite photos...

I have an interesting scenareo for these photo contests. I feel that because this is a pro-android site, you should remove the model of the phone the photo was taken with and just use photo quality to be the determining factor of what picture wins. Once the results are in, then you reveal the phones that were used for the picture. You can keep a tab on the winning phones to see what one has the best quality.
What do you think?

In this section: Cool pictures taken with your cell phone - it is not so much about the quality, but more about how interesting is picture. At least, that is what i do: rate images not about the quality but orginality.
Otherwise, it would not be objective, because- we all know how many iPhones and Hi-End Droids there are, but recently there was a great image taken with feature phone.

Agreed. To take my comment a step further, it will be interesting to see the originality of the pictures taken by the user of the phone (e.g. are iPhone users always only going to take pictures of a boring flower or are the Android users the ones taking unique, wild photos?)

I think, that that wont work quite well either for one big reason: there simply are not so many pictures here to make such statements. Mostly it just coincidence, that person takes romantic sunset or extreme skydiving, it just that moment, that is worth remembering.

i wouldn't say most of the pics here are all that interesting, creative or original......

Whoa! This is proof that you don't need a 3000$ Nikon for take good photos, real photographers can take good photos even with a cellphone.
