this phone is made too soft. my screen is already damage from a small bump. the receiver needs work i can barely hear much at max volume. nokia doesn't want to replace it or have my carrier replace it. they say don't cover any of the problems presented in this model phone

its awsome...i just loved it...its sound quality is way better than nokia music express...it is pretty fast too...looks slim....its just the cell dat i want.
