Before upgrading to the LG 441G I had this phone. I've read somewhere that if you do get this model brand new on TracFone it may or may not activate as of 2016.
It's built like you would expect out of a flip phone, made of solid plastic that is bolted and clamped very tightly together. Nothing shifts or rattles out of place and comfortable in the hand. Reception is so-so, AT&T rules Texas with an iron fist but doesn't necessarily give you a lot of "umph" in the 3G call quality department, so the already meh call quality doesn't benefit here. Multimedia and Internet are pretty much useless, data rates are terrible on even today's feature phone WAP browsers. Camera is just a basic cell phone camera. UI is basic, attractive and quick to use. Both displays are visible outdoors. Text input isn't that terrible for me but not intuitive with T9. Battery life is amazing, 950 mah goes a long way with basic hardware.
