If tmobile and ATT do merge will the two companies have LTE like or better than verizon?

They will have better LTE than Verizon.

As of right now T-mobile has no plans to deplot LTE. AT&T has already launched it in several markets. They also just released their first two LTE phones.

Everyone is always busting AT&T's chops, but it's doing pretty well rolling out the 4GLTE. Even faster than some phones are adding it to their capabilities (hear that, Nexus?). As a graphics designer in New York, I can't imagine trying to send large image files over anything slower.
